Thank you for shopping at Callsign Boogie. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Here's what to know:

Timeframe:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Condition of Returns:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Eligible Items:

All clothing and accessories are eligible for return, except for items marked as "final sale" or items that are customized or made-to-order.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received damaged or defective.

Refund Options:

You can choose a full refund to your original payment method, or an exchange for a different size or style.

Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:

We cannot accept returns for swimwear.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
